BOOKING AND DELIVERY

Step 1: Select the outfit that fits best for your occasion and get in touch with us

Step 2: Provide your measurements or choose to be measured by us

Step 3 : We will customize your choice of product for your given date

Step 4: . Garment will be delivered to you for 4 or 8 days for your special occasion

Step 5: Garment is picked up by us after the defined period.
nostringscouture will stay in touch with you throughout the entire process and confirm your measurements to make sure your selected garment fits like a glove for your chosen occasion

We always want you to have enough time on your hands! For that, we provide either a 4- or 8-day rental option. We recommend keeping your first day as a trial day in case you would like additional adjustments made to your garment. Depending on the chosen rental period, the garment will be picked on the 4th or 8th day.

We pride ourselves for providing an up-to-date and carefully curated collection of couture. We want to highlight and appreciate designers rising in the slow fashion industry and provide our customers with the latest they are offering by buying garments directly from them. None of the garments in our
inventory are second-hand!
 
Therefore, we give each garment only a limited number of times (think single digits!) before we update our collection with the next new thing!

We are happy to help you pre-plan for your occasion and book an outfit for you as early as 3 months in advance (it’s a first come-first couture game with us!). We are also here to help you with your last-minute requirements and can take orders 7 days before your chosen dates.

For credit/debit/Paytm/bank transfer, you can pay latest 15 days before your chosen date. For COD, you can pay on the day of delivery.

We are currently only available online.

We deliver and pick up in Delhi NCR as of now! However, we can try and accommodate your request depending on where you are in the world. Please reach out to us!

We offer garments only a limited number of times to keep our collection fresh. Get in touch with us and we can provide you with all the necessary information if you’re interested in purchasing the garment.

We will process a full refund in such a case.
 

Place the outfit back in our garment bag and our representative will pick it up on the last day of your selected rental date. That simple!

You can pay using a credit card, debit card or net banking. We also offer COD depending on your location.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit is charged as an assurance in case of any accidental damage on the outfit.
We conduct a quality check after receiving the outfit back from you and return the security deposit afterwards

It is equal to the amount of your one-time wear and refunded 7-10 days after returning the garment back to us or at the time of pickup for COD orders

Please treat couture like it’s meant to be treated – delicately! However, if you do damage your one-time wear, you may be liable to pay a fee depending on the extent of damage. Most of it is on the house and is covered as part of our cleaning process and customizations. However sometimes, outfits are damaged beyond repair. In such cases, we reserve the right to evaluate each case individually and take a call depending on the life of the garment and disclose charges accordingly.

CUSTOMIZATIONS & HYGIENE

Couture should feel like it was made just for you and that’s exactly what we aim to achieve. After you reach out regarding your choice of garment, we will reach out to you personally to confirm your measurements to make sure we do our best. Since we offer garments for 4 or 8 days, we recommend leaving the first day for trials just in case you would like changes made.

Our garments are fresh and come straight from the designers! No hand-me-downs here.

 

We maintain our couture carefully by having a cleaning process in place that includes stain removal and dry cleaning of the garment between uses. We have experts in place to handle the entire process. Our commitment is providing a garment that feels new when you receive it!

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

In case of incorrect sizing from our end, we offer refunds for garments you were unable to wear. Please notify us within 4 hours of the delivery of the garment and we will arrange a pickup for it immediately.
If you need to cancel your order, please email us on contactus@nostringscouture.com or call us at +919958005809. We will be unable to cancel your order 10 days before delivery and will return the refundable security deposit in such cases.
