and verify User identity so that unauthorized users do not access your account; and

required under applicable law.

5. Rights of the User

The privacy laws applicable to nostringscouture grant individuals certain rights over their personal data. These rights allow you to control the Personal Data that we collect and the manner in which we use it.

Please note that exercise of any of the above rights may, in certain cases, limit the user’s ability to use
certain Services on nostringscouture.

8. Storage of Personal Data 

All information provided by the User to nostringscouture is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and subsequently stored on secure servers. The said servers are adequately encrypted and protected by firewalls. Thereafter, the Personal Data is transferred and stored on a secure blockchain to ensure safeguarding, confidentiality, security and safety of the Personal Data.

9. Transfer of Personal Data 

While nostringscouture is based in India, we may transfer the Personal Data to third parties that are located in countries other than India or to the country you are accessing the Services from. Therefore, your Personal Data may be subject to privacy laws that are different from your country. In such an instance, please note that nostringscouture shall transfer your Personal Data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and your acceptance of the Privacy Policy as well as use of our Services shall be considered as consent towards such transfer of Personal Data.

Data Deletion: Unless legally allowed or legally mandated to store such data, upon receiving a request, we will delete all your Personal Data or anonymize it so that such data is no longer identifiable to you as an individual.

Further, it is important for User’s to understand that persons who see the content the User may provide can always save it using any number of techniques: screenshots, in-app functionality, or any other image-capturing technology. It is also possible, as with any digital information, that someone might be able to access messages forensically or find them in a device’s temporary storage.

11. Time Limit to Respond

We try to respond to all legitimate User requests within thirty (30) business days. It may take us longer to process your request if it is particularly complex or if you have made multiple requests. In this case, we will notify you within 30 (thirty) days from receipt of such request and keep you updated on the status of your request(s).

12. Collection Of Additional Information

In the event the scope of the Services provided by nostringscouture is changed, altered, or amended, nostringscouture may be required to and may collect and store other personal information and/or data in addition to the Personal Data that is already being collected by us as set out in Clause 3. We shall inform the Users, of such additional personal information being collected and stored, and the Users in order to avail the modified or amended Services must consent to the collection, storage, and processing of such additional personal information/data.

By nostringscouture, the User consents to the collection, use, and storage of the Personal Data in the manner described in this Privacy Policy and elsewhere on nostringscouture. nostringscouture reserves the right to amend and restructure this Privacy Policy from time to time which will automatically reflect on nostringscouture, while providing a date from which the Privacy Policy will be effective.
